Is Chloe good?

The second-best tank after Vivi, and a strong campaign choice because so many chapters feature Madness enemies that blunt Vivi. Her Freshman skill mounts Sebastian, shielding her for 96% of max HP and stacking basic attack damage up to nine times, her Senior skill sends seven exploding Le Petit Sebastians that knock enemies back, and her passive cuts basic attack damage taken by 52%.
