Is Mayo good?

A Madness back-row physical DPS whose needles apply Poison, which also lowers enemy damage: her Freshman skill targets the highest-ATK enemy and her Senior skill fires eight needles at a random one.

Each time her Poison expires her passive adds a bonus hit. Her damage is ordinary, so she's only worth raising if you need Madness units now.
