Is Pira good?

A Madness support built on Wealth stacks: her Freshman skill hits an area, slows enemy attack speed by 40% and gains Wealth per enemy hit, and at 30 Wealth her Senior skill, a nine-hit golden shower that raises allies' crit rate, gets much stronger. That makes her awkward against single bosses, but her card doubles damage taken on her enhanced attacks and her passive boosts back-row allies, great for Elias Frontier and Madness teams.
