Is Mostima good?

Mostima slows down a wide swath of enemies and speeds up SP recovery for every Caster on the field, and Key of Chronology in particular delivers some of the best combined damage and crowd control in the game once it's charged. Her Elite 2 skill knocks enemies back over a wide area, which helps prop up melee units holding the line, and her passive slow buys time for ranged damage dealers to clean house behind her.

She's an A on our list, held back mainly by a very high DP cost and skills that are slow to charge even with her own SP buff running, and she gets outclassed by top-tier AoE units like Eyjafjalla or W outside her specific niche.
