Is Rosa good?
Rosa targets the heaviest enemy on the field and hits hardest against them: Bone Piercer ignores DEF entirely on anything weighing 3 or more, and Avalanche Breaker binds heavy enemies while repeatedly ticking damage on them with a buffed ATK. Split Shot adds a second target to her attacks along with more ATK, which helps her contribute against everything else too.
She has a minimum range that keeps her from hitting anything too close, and Ideal Student's team-wide ATK buff barely matters since there aren't many other U.S.S.G. operators to benefit from it.
