Is Rosmontis good?
Rosmontis only attacks enemies that are being blocked, prioritizing anything pinned by her own Equipment summons, which makes her awkward to position but sets up a devastating combo once it clicks. "As You Wish" stacks the DEF ignore from Armaments of Annihilation with the flat DEF reduction from her Tactical Equipment, and if a single enemy is pinned by both, those reductions stack together on top of a big ATK buff and much faster attacks.
Get that combo lined up right and there's essentially nothing left standing.
