Is Skadi good?
Skadi becomes nearly unstoppable while Tidal Elegy is active, dishing out damage and shrugging off attacks at the same time. The skill's SP cost is steep, though a high initial SP charge means it's ready fairly early, so timing when to pop it matters since it can't be used often in one fight.
Outside of that window her kit is fairly limited, to the point that equipping one of her Operator Modules is basically required to get real value out of her.
