Is Surtr good?

Surtr deals Arts damage in melee with the best ATK and DEF of any Arts Fighter Guard, and Laevatain refunds all her SP on a kill, letting her chain her buffed attacks back to back almost constantly. Molten Giant and Molten Flame push her single-target damage further by ignoring a chunk of enemy RES, and Twilight takes everything to another level, fully healing her, raising her max HP, and pushing her DPS to some of the highest in the game.

All of that power comes with real risk, though: she constantly loses HP over time, faster while Twilight is active, gets outright KO'd once Remnant Ash expires, and needs a lot of dedicated healing to keep her alive.
