Is Typhon good?
Typhon tracks down the heaviest enemy on the field and can keep hunting it with Eternal Hunt even after it moves out of range, making her a strong boss killer, and if only a single enemy is present she can outright execute it. Rules of Icefield hits two enemies at once with a stun, similar to 
Thorns' Destreza, and both skills combine to give her real staying power against tough targets.
She's an A on our list, though she has a minimum range that keeps her from hitting anything too close, and Eternal Hunt comes with a long wind-up and cooldown that makes hit-and-run tactics awkward.
