Victoria
Introduction
Vina Victoria is a 6-star character in Arknights. Vina Victoria's class is Guard. Faction: Victoria.
Is Vina Victoria good?
Vina Victoria fights as an Arts Fighter whose Skills 1 and 3 both land strong, guaranteed damage, with Skill 3 able to hit up to four targets at once. Her talent also boosts the survivability and damage of her allies, not just herself.
Her own survivability and how often her skills come up may end up being the weak point in her kit.
Strengths
- Skills 1 and 3 deal strong guaranteed damage
- Skill 3 can hit up to four targets
- Talent boosts allies' survivability and damage too
Weaknesses
- Her own survivability and skill uptime may be a weak point
Profile
Vina Victoria carries the title "Speaker of Parliament of Londinium". Vina Victoria is a female Aslan. Her birthday is July 10th, and she stands 172 cm tall. Vina Victoria is voiced by Shuang Liang in Chinese, Claudia Jolly in English, Ayako Kawasumi in Japanese, and Oh Roah in Korean.
Background
AFT-X: Vina never expected her meeting with the Doctor after reboarding to take so long.
When she strolled through the Command Center doors on a whim, she never would have guessed the intense discussions the Doctor and Closure were having was about a board game of all things.
Londinium's newest fad—The Adventure of the Lioness.
There were only so many ways to kill time in the pubs right now, and this game for kids quickly found a home among pubgoers who loved picking at politics.
To all that, the Doctor replied: "Closure and I see plenty of unpatched holes in the game design."
She prepared to deploy her standard suite of excuse-mes and beat a hasty retreat, but Closure had already sealed off her escape route, and was urging her to join in.
"I can vouch. This game really takes me back to those days, you know?
Underground in Londinium, fighting with the Self-Salvation Corps."
And how was she to predict that a fun little idea from a couple of kids playing house would get snapped up, commercialized, shipped, and become all the rage in Londinium?
And then the greatest surprise was Morgan gleefully bringing the game back to the landship and recommending it to everyone she possibly could.
"I'll play as you." Taking on the "Vina" role, the Doctor readied for the other two players' assault.
Dice rolled again and again, and each time City Keeper "Vina" came out on top, even twice succeeding in a complete counteroffensive and taking the "Caster" territory for "herself".
Defeated time and time again by "herself", Vina was somewhat exasperated.
"Doctor, this is cheating. Hardly anything you're doing is in the rulebook."
"We never agreed to play by anyone else's rules, Vina.
Londinium's an enormous city. There are plenty to draw on that the designers didn't know or care about.
That's what I meant by holes."
For a moment, Vina thought to herself, then threw herself decisively into the next round.
The aftermath of an independent Tara, the strategic give-and-take of Caster, the Infected vanguard bearing news of Gododdin...
Vina played character after character, trying with all her might to wrest the Doctor's advantage away, but always to minimal effect.
Before her eyes was a city that far surpassed her expectations.
With a peculiar and twisted ambition, she sought to beat "herself".
But it was beyond her to read any of the strange and crafty angles by which the Doctor defused her offensives.
Their tiny little board couldn't support the three's game anymore.
With a flash of inspiration, Closure called directly on PRTS to simulate one that was even larger and more complex.
"Uh. Closure, are you allowed to use PRTS like that?
What if Dr. Kal'tsit—"
Closure waved it off. "She's got urgent business, she's not on the ship.
Besides, I have the permissions to guarantee she'll never find out what we did."
An absurdly protracted ten hours later, Vina finally had to excuse herself from the game thanks to an anonymous express delivery to her dormitory.
What had arrived was the yet-to-be-published first expansion for the game, including a series of all-new powers with all-new game plays.
There was Normandy, Ashworth, and the Unicorn.
Printed on the box was a roadmap for future expansions and updates, too.
"The Adeptus Chamber Knights, the Empire's Blades, the Agents of Operation Boulder, the Twins' Voices, and the Angels of Judgement..."
And finally, a message that left Vina silent.
"I hope you like it! Looking forward to your feedback.
—Eleanor"
AFT-Y: "Madam Speaker, please accept this...
humble gift of mine."
Inside the Slobberknocker boxing gym, a paunchy nobleman stands in front of Vina.
Morgan turns her head away, looking rather annoyed.
"I've been telling this guy to get lost God-knows how many times already, Vina, but this visit really takes the cake."
"I thank you for entrusting the rebuilding of Auchterigg to me." The noble forces out a slavish smile as he avoids Morgan.
"I had previously called upon your manor several times, but your friend here didn't even allow me past the doorway.
I simply had to give this to you in person, or I wouldn't be able to sleep at night!"
Before Vina can even reply, he slowly opens up the extravagant case he is carrying, revealing its contents.
"A... speed bag?"
Though it is just about recognizable by its shape, this "speed bag" almost makes Vina break out in confused laughter.
What should be a simple punching bag made of coarse fabric attached to a rebound platform had been covered in dark blue velvet and embroidered in gold with Victoria's coat of arms.
Even more ridiculous was the complex ornamentation at its attachment point.
"I'd heard you appreciated a good round of fisticuffs in your youth, so I asked the most skilled craftsmen of Londinium to make you this speed bag.
It's even got a few humble ideas of my own, like how the colors of the bag match with your esteemed Holy Orb of Order.
Does it not signify the eternal union of your will and the heading of our fair nation?"
The nobleman finds himself panting for breath after his lengthy bout of flattery, tugging at his necktie to give his pudgy neck some air.
