Is Amir good?
Amir turns her own defense into damage, hitting a random enemy whenever she gains a Shield while in her Metalize state, so she doubles as a tank and a damage source. Iron Storm hits every enemy at once and spreads Metalize across the whole team, making her strong against groups, and she scales well alongside allies who hand out shields often.
Building toward her Celestial variant is slow going since only one Epiphany in five grants it. She sits at D tier on our list despite reroll guides rating her highly.
