Arsenal

Arsenal is a Mythic character in DC: Dark Legion. Arsenal's weapon type is ranged and role is Firepower. Faction: Outsiders.

On our DC: Dark Legion tier list Arsenal is D tier, 33rd of the 36 characters ranked, from where 4 current tier lists put Arsenal.

Arsenal's rework turned him from a counterattack specialist into a generic Physical damage dealer, and it didn't help much: his damage is still poor even after the change. His one real tool, the Deadly Mark debuff, boosts Physical damage on whichever single target he tags, and his Ultimate is a simple area burst, but the Legendary Green Arrow already outdamages him and will fully outclass him once ascended to Mythic.

We have him at D. He does best in a Teen Titans backline, where his rework at least earns him Energy from Titans and Outsiders allies alike.

Pairs well with: Titans/Outsiders fusion squad: Martian Manhunter and Starfire in front, Nightwing, Superboy, and Arsenal in back.

Roy Harper's parents were forest rangers, but they were tragically killed in a forest fire when he was still very young.

Roy was adopted into a Spokane tribe in Seattle by Big Bow, a friend of his parents.

Big Bow taught Roy archery, which he had an aptitude for.

Unfortunately, as a teen, Roy discovered he had an addictive personality, and when he was drunk, he woke to find Big Bow dead and a bow in his hand.

Fearing he might be responsible Roy fled to Seattle and lived in a mall, surviving as a pickpocket.

He was caught picking the pocket of Oliver Queen, also the vigilante Green Arrow.

Seeing potential in Roy, Oliver took him in.

Roy learned Oliver's secret and eventually became his crime fighting partner, code-named Speedy.

Roy and Green Arrow had many adventures.

Roy eventually learned Big Bow had been killed by a corrupt police officer, who Roy and Green Arrow brought to justice.

Roy joined the Teen Titans, where he began dating Wonder Girl (Donna Troy).

Unfortunately, after the Titans disbanded, Roy went undercover to break up a drug ring and became addicted to narcotics.

When Green Arrow found out, he lashed out angrily at Speedy, leaving his girlfriend Black Canary to help Roy overcome his addiction.

Though Oliver later apologized to Roy, their relationship was damaged, and Roy eventually went out on his own, taking the name Arsenal.

Initially, Arsenal was angry and depressed.

He sought out Killer Croc, hoping that battling the savage villain would result in his death.

But Killer Croc recognized what Arsenal was trying to do and why.

Killer Croc refused to do so and talked sympathetically to Arsenal, urging him to get help and even acting as his sponsor when he did enter rehabilitation.

Arsenal then started working for an intelligence organization.

While undercover, he was assigned to capture the assassin Cheshire, but they fell in love, and he let her escape.

Later, she revealed she'd given birth to his daughter, Lian.
