Krypto is a Mythic character in DC: Dark Legion. Krypto's role is Supporter.
On our DC: Dark Legion tier list Krypto is B tier, 19th of the 36 characters ranked, from where 4 current tier lists put Krypto.
Is Krypto good?
Krypto can't deal a point of damage, but his healing and buffs are strong enough that it doesn't matter: he provides burst healing, healing over time, and shields through Good Boy! and Therapy Dog, and his Ultimate knocks enemies down as a squad-wide stun. He's genuinely hard to pin down too, since he wanders the battlefield instead of attacking, which means enemies often ignore him early and he can keep dodging melee attackers late into a fight.
We rate him B; his main weakness is a delay before using his Ultimate in PvP, which turns some fights into a coin flip, but he's still worth running in almost any squad, especially 
Superman Family, where he's the primary Energy engine.
Pairs well with: Superman Family: Krypto and 
Superboy in back with a Metahuman Champion, Superman and 
Supergirl in front.
Strengths
- Strong mix of burst healing, healing over time, and shields
- Ultimate knocks down enemies as a squad-wide stun, able to delay or interrupt Ultimates
- Naturally avoids early damage by wandering instead of attacking, and can kite melee DPS late in a fight
Weaknesses
- Cannot deal any damage himself
- Waits several seconds before using his Ultimate in PvP, creating inconsistent results

5Zoomies
UltimateKrypto zooms around excitedly, knocking down enemies in his path and reducing their ATK by 24%. He also heals allies in his path for 80% of his ATK per second for 5 seconds. Passive: Instead of attacking, Krypto sniffs out buried bones across the battlefield. Each bone he finds grants him a large amount of Energy and increases his healing effect by 5%, stacking up to 50%,
Good Boy!
First BasicKrypto heals allies within range for 400% of his ATK.
Therapy Dog
Second BasicWhen an ally drops below 50% HP, Krypto flies to their side, granting a shield equal to 480% of his ATK and healing them for 240% of his ATK. Can be cast manually with a 10 second cooldown.
Best Super-Friend
Third BasicAt the start of battle, Krypto gains 50% bonus HP and increases all allies' Physical DEF and Spiritual DEF by 15% of his own. Casting his Ultimate generates 10 Krypton Energy, and if Krypto is defeated, this effect transfers to the nearest Superman Family ally.
Cuddle Charge
Fourth BasicIncreases Superman Family Champions' ATK by 7.5% and Physical DEF by 7.5%. Applies globally.
How to get Krypto
Requires 10 Krypto Shards to unlock (a full copy also unlocks him outright, or grants 10 Shards if already owned). Shards drop from Chaos, Order, and Divine Energy Keys and from Random Mythic Champion Shards; up to 10 Shards can be bought daily via Daily Deals in the Perks store, and Custom Mythic Champion Shards convert to his Shards at a 1:1 rate. Full copies also drop from The Bleed and those Keys. He is a boosted Champion in The Bleed when drafting from Ra's al Ghul's banner, and is the Champion available in the Daily Rewards during weeks 19-22.
