Is Black Canary good?
Black Canary's kit sounds decent on paper (Canary Cry blocks active skills, Throw Your Voice and Inner Ear Disruption cut enemy ATK and accuracy) but it doesn't hold up in play. Her damage is negligible, her defensive stats and health pool are both low for a melee unit, and she usually dies before getting enough casts in to matter; even the Canary Cry silence is short enough at base that its usefulness is questionable.
We rate her D. Her only real use is the 15-second ATK debuff from Inner Ear Disruption, and that's nowhere near enough to make her worth building.

Profile
Black Canary's full name is Dinah Laurel Lance.
Background
Dinah Lance was the daughter of the Golden Age heroine, the original Black Canary, and her husband Detective Larry Lance.
Growing up around her mother's teammates in the Justice Society, Dinah always wanted to be a superhero as well, but her mother feared it was too dangerous.
However, Dinah learned fighting skills from her heroic "aunts" and "uncles" from a young age, and in adolescence, she discovered she had a natural superhuman ability, a sonic "Canary Cry".
When she became an adult and old enough to maker her own decisions, Dinah adopted her mother's former identity of Black Canary.
Though the elder Dinah was opposed to this path, she ultimately came to accept and even be proud of her daughter's heroic career.

Throw Your Voice
First BasicQuickly throws a Canary Cry Bomb, dealing Physical DMG equal to 300% of ATK to enemies within a circular area and reducing their ACC by 25% for 5 seconds.
Inner Ear Disruption
Second BasicAt the start of battle, Black Canary disrupts all enemies with a sonic wave, reducing their ATK by 25% for 15 seconds.
Birds of a Feather
Third BasicAt the start of battle, Black Canary's Physical DEF increases by 100%.

Fourth BasicIncreases Birds of Prey Champions' Crit RES by 7.5%. Applies globally.
How to get Black Canary
Requires 10 Black Canary Shards to unlock (a full copy also unlocks her outright, or grants 10 Shards if already owned). Shards drop from Chaos, Order, and Divine Energy Keys and from Random Mythic Champion Shards; up to 10 Shards can be bought daily via Daily Deals in the Perks store, and Custom Mythic Champion Shards convert to her Shards at a 1:1 rate. Full copies also drop from The Bleed and those Keys. She is a boosted Champion in The Bleed when drafting from Hawkgirl's and Sinestro's banners.
