Hyde is immune to both buffs and debuffs thanks to his passive, Reaper, which also cuts down all incoming damage, and his Attack actually goes up whenever someone tries to apply either effect to him. Losing a teammate triggers a huge Attack spike for him too, turning a bad moment for the team into a damage boost, and Cerberus lets him steal enemy buffs while healing off the hit.

That immunity plus scaling Attack combination earns him A tier.
