Jacob makes his whole team immune to Poison while handing them a Fangs buff that spreads Poison to anything they hit. Dust to Dust guarantees a hit on every enemy and has a shot at layering on Poison, or Petrification if the target's already poisoned.

It's a solid team-wide Poison-spreading tool, though it only rates D.

Sleep and Avarice: Kissed lightly on the cheek by his snake, the bleary-eyed Jacob opens his eyes, and gives the snake a chicken leg he'd originally intended to eat himself.

Sleep comes over him once more, and well-watered and well-fed the pai return once more to slumber.

Career 1: If you want to know where the best place in Shadow Decree to get a good sleep is, Jacob is the guy to ask.

Keep it down and watch your feet. Jacob hates it when people disturb his sleep.

Don't be surprised if you find him yawning all day; he probably needs a nap.

Even though you'll often find him with dark, heavy bags under his eyes, he's not the type of person who stays up late.

It seems that even a full twelve hours of sleep isn't enough for the poor man.

From the sofa to his cubicle, and even the laundry room, Jacob has been seen sleeping in every conceivable place in the Shadow Decree.

If you ask him where the best places to sleep are, he'll be hesitant to reveal his secret hideaways.

Career 2: It is too troublesome to understand and make allowances for people's emotions.

Being the lazy and indifferent person that he is, Jacob usually doesn't care about the things that happen around him.

Trying to understand how people feel takes too much effort.

Whether it's his friends sharing their latest successes or his family members looking for solace, Jacob's responses are often underwhelming.

It's no understatement to say that Jacob is just like his serpent companion.

They both seem equally unapproachable and cold blooded.

He really doesn't care what anyone thinks of him.

His unfriendly reputation actually gives him more time to sleep.

But be ready to stand your ground if make fun of him for his baby face.

That's the one thing he can't forgive.

Career 3: Jacob, who was all alone in the world, finally found his proper place.

Jacob was scared of being alone as a child.

He most likely didn't notice or chose to not remember this aspect of himself.

Bai Liuli was the first person to show him any sort of kindness when they met while he was wandering around Graywater.

He slowly warmed to her and soon began experiencing feelings he'd never felt before.

During his time with her, he realized that life wasn't as dull as he thought it was, and that he wasn't as coldhearted as he imagined.

Bai would often hum Jacob to sleep.

In his dreams, he was no longer alone and had finally discovered a place he could call home.

Career 4: The world is grand, and the sky is vast, but nothing is greater than a good night's sleep.

Even after joining the Shadow Decree, Jacob has shown zero interest in changing anything about himself.

All he cares about is Bai Liuli.

In order to avoid unnecessary human interaction, he has explored the Shadow Decree facility from top to bottom and has found all the hiding spots where he could take a nice nap.

This tendency to hide from people and sleep doesn't deter him from his mission duties since Bai is always able to find where he is hiding himself that day.

When in battle, Jacob fights effectively and with intensity.

He doesn't like battle and is not trying to show off.

He just wants to finish the battle as quickly as possible so he can go back to his nap.

As he lies down to take his afternoon nap, he quietly mumbles, "The world is large, and the sea is deep, but nothing beats a good night's sleep."
