Profile
Jin-hee (Dokkaebi) is a female Esper. Her birthday is February 10, 2007, and she stands 163cm tall.
Background
Jin-hee used to be a promising baseball player, until she lost her right hand in an accident.
When things seemed hopeless, she rose up to reclaim the fearless spirit she once had.
Future First Pitch: "Did my parents love me, or did they just love my success?"
"When they were sad, was it because I was hurt or because their investment hadn't paid off?"
Standing up and grasping the baseball bat once more,
Jin-hee sends the first ball that is truly hers flying off into the future.
Career 1 / Promising Pitcher: A baseball is just a baseball.
How powerful can one be? If one dares to ask this question, then they must have never met Jin-hee, Ops Chief of the Union.
Jin-hee learned to play baseball as a young child and was capable of hitting any target she threw at.
When she became an Esper, she discovered that her talents could be utilized in combat.
She was unfazed by her companions' nervous energy.
Jin-hee simply threw like it was a regular baseball game.
The only difference was the satisfaction it brought her as towering Miramon were blown to pieces in battle.
"Well, it looks like I need to practice my slider some more."
For Jin-hee, a battlefield is merely an opportunity to hone her pitching skills.
Career 2 / Fall of an Athlete: Jin-hee enjoys watching reality shows, especially "Daddy's Back" and "Finding Mommy." If anyone were to criticize the authenticity of reality TV, they should avoid mentioning these two programs if they don't want to offend her.
Her fellow Union members didn't understand Jin-hee's obsession with parent-child reality shows until they discovered something in an old report.
"Talented Youth Training Plan" revealed just how hard young Jin-hee's training was.
"An ordinary 4-year-old can catch any ball, but our Jin-hee was already practicing baseball in the yard at that age."
Seeing the tired look behind Jin-hee's smile in the report, everyone fell silent.
Perhaps Jin-hee simply wanted to believe that happy endings in TV shows were true.
Career 3 / Sweet Ruthless Girl: If one observed carefully, one would find some traces of disharmony hidden in Jin-hee's demeanor.
She knew how to send signals with different whistles, understood many local slang words, and knew the locations of all sorts of underground markets in Gyrate.
Some Union members asked her about this, and Jin-hee told them the truth.
She had spent two years of her life living on Amuse Street, struggling to survive.
During that time, she got caught up in a lot of trouble and couldn't focus on baseball.
The legend of her time on the streets still circulates on Amuse Street to this day, and some of her old associates are still waiting for her return.
Although Jin-hee has escaped from the chaos of her past life, it has left its mark on her, evident in her behavior and mannerisms.
Career 4 / Right Hand of Power: The disaster in Hazlitt changed the lives of many, including Jin-hee's.
The young girl was about to become a professional baseball player, but on that fateful day, she lost both her right hand and her dreams.
Jin-hee wandered among the crowd of those seeking refuge and became lost.
Without the encouragement of her parents, she couldn't move forward.
Fortunately, time heals all wounds. When Jin-hee found baseball again, she realized that even if she couldn't stand on the field, she could still do what she loved and live a wonderful life.
At that moment, she transformed and became an Esper.
With her newly formed right hand, Jin-hee became the best pitcher on the battlefield.
