Is Yukine (Yuki-onna) good?
Yukine rewards a team built around inflicting Freeze, since every ally who freezes an enemy gets a buff stack from her passive. She also has a built-in timer that sets off a team-wide blizzard once it runs out, and it hits harder each time it triggers. Her ultimate takes that further, putting her into a state where a blizzard sweeps the field every turn she's in it, with the payoff attack dealing more damage the more hits she's soaked up along the way.

"The story I'm going to tell you today is..." The girl's lips part slightly, but her expression remains calm.
Her "audience" surrounds her, listening to the story in enraptured quiet.
When the girl finishes her story, she's met with silence.
Alone in the ice and snow, the ice sculptures regard her with their usual stillness.
Career 2: Wanna play hide and seek? "Creak..." The door above opened, and a new batch of visitors stepped in.
The girl looked up, then slowly rose to her feet and sauntered outside.
She was all set to welcome the visitors with her favorite game--hide and seek.
The rules were simple: the girl had to find all the visitors, and the game would end when she touched any of them.
The girl had never lost, as evidenced by the ice sculptures surrounding her.
Yet, she wasn't happy.
Career 3 / Cold as ice.: The girl had once been a nameless orphan, severely injured when the Cube Miracle arrived.
After being taken in by an orphanage, fate still showed no mercy to her.
As it turned out, the orphanage served as a supplier of materials for an illegal laboratory.
The girl, known as "Subject 0" there, was forcibly implanted with Yuki-onna's Esper Materia.
The success of the experiment sealed a tragic fate for Farrah and the other children.
When Aminah blew up the laboratory in 2025, the researchers moved Subject 0 to a new facility in Raine Tundra.
There, Subject 0 was tasked with drawing in unsuspecting people.
She kept playing the game the researchers taught her until Farrah arrived.
Career 4 / Melting snow.: Subject 0 encountered Farrah and Aminah during a mission.
The duo were no longer the frantic figures they had been in the fire--Farrah had made friends and was smiling.
Subject 0 couldn't help feeling curious about the change.
With Farrah's help, Subject 0 realized for the first time that she no longer wanted to harm innocent people.
Aminah embraced Subject 0, and Farrah became her guarantor.
Together, they took her out of the laboratory and gave her a new name: Yukine.
Now, Yukine is receiving basic education with the support of her fellow Union members.
Little by little, she is familiarizing herself with human emotions, society, and gaining a deeper understanding of herself and others.
Her journey has just started.

Silent Snowfall (Passive)
Gains 6 stacks of Blizzard Warning at the start of combat. Each time an ally successfully inflicts Freeze, grants them 1 stack(s) of Snow Cloak. At the end of any unit's active turn, Yukine's Blizzard Warning stacks -1. When all Blizzard Warning stacks are removed, a blizzard sweeps across the battlefield, dealing True Damage (4% of Yukine's Max HP) to all units, with damage +50% for each blizzard triggered.
Silver Dream
Enters a Hibernation state for 2 turns. While in Hibernation, a blizzard sweeps across the battlefield at the end of Yukine's active turn. When Hibernation ends, deals damage (2% of Yukine's Max HP) to all enemies, with extra damage (2% of Yukine's Max HP) dealt to enemies with Freeze. This ability's Final Damage +5% for each hit she takes while having Hibernation.
