Grants all allies Lightning Resonance for the current round. Then attacks all enemies, dealing 104% magic damage. After the skill ends, enters Power Saving Mode for 2 rounds.

When deployed as an assist, applies ATK Down to all enemies for 2 rounds.

2★: Electrostatic Field: Damage Reduction +15%. 3★: Energy Devourer: At the start of self's turn, consumes all buffs with 1 round of duration from the enemy with the most buffs, and all debuffs with 1 round of duration from the ally with the most debuffs. 4★: Surging Thunder Light: All attributes +10%. 5★: Divine Dragon of Thunder and Lightning: After the first action each round, gains 2 stacks of Dragonization. At 5 stacks, gains Adorable Grade-Schooler; at 15 stacks, gains Electric Domain; at 25 stacks, gains Divine Dragon of Thunder and Lightning.

1★: Each stack of Dragonization additionally grants all allies +2% Final Damage Bonus. 3★: After self acts, enemy units receive damage -15% for the current round. 5★: At the start of battle, casts a Word Spirit skill. At the start of each round, has a 25% chance to move the enemy's first action to the end of the action timeline. If that action is an extra action, removes it instead.
