Background
Traits
Sakura went through extreme poverty during her youth, which led to a thin and short body.
Despite this, her training as a ninja made her very strong and agile.
She had pitch black hair and blue eyes. In the manhua adaptation, her hair is blonde instead.
Yabuki Sakura was a trained Hybrid ninja assassin that worked for the Yamata no Orochi as Gen Chisei's assistant and guardian.
Biography
Background
Sakura was of Japanese descent, but she grew up in Afghanistan.
At the age of nine, she started fighting in local guerrillas, in which she killed multiple people in the streets.
She was proficient in combat, managing to use simple glass shards and iron pieces as deadly weapons.
Her talents caught the eyes of the Fuma family, one of the eight clans of the Yamata no Orochi.
She was easily recruited, since she was starving on the street, however, she found it hard to adapt to the Japanese lifestyle and ended up working as a weapon keeper in a shrine.
Joining the Orochi
She formed a reputation as someone who would do any kind of favor in exchange for food.
At some point, and agent named Crow developed a crush on her, but he was afraid of being mocked by his peers, so he mentioned her tendency to do anything in exchange for food.
The indecent implications of his comment annoyed Gen Chisei, the leader of the Gen clan, who instead offered the girl a job as his assistant.
Sakura soon became his bodyguard as well and developed romantic feelings for him.
In the following years, Sakura became a master of disguise, and a great actress.
She enjoyed Japanese television dramas and got accustomed to a more civilized lifestyle.

EX SkillAttacks all enemies, dealing 104% physical damage. After casting, applies Calamity Wind Trigger to the targets for 2 rounds and grants all allies Wind Shadow's Blessing for 2 rounds.

Passive2★: Like Wind, Like Shadow: Damage Reduction +15%. 3★: Law-Awaiting Pinnacle: If self's HP ratio is above 30% and self is not under control, then when an enemy skill attacks the ally with the lowest HP ratio and that ratio is no greater than 30%, triggers Self-Sacrifice. 4★: Instant Prison Soul Offering: All attributes +10%. 5★: Mist Shadow Unceasing: After acting, gain 1 stack of Wind Shadow Precept. Each time the enemy side gains 3 stacks of debuffs, gain an additional 1 stack, with at most 3 stacks gained per round. Upon reaching 5 stacks, gain Yin Style Ultimate.
Awakening
Awakening1★: After self is deployed, Spirit Points +2. At the start of battle, if self is in an Aid slot, triggers Utsusemi Realm to enter a special battlefield position. 3★: After self casts a Word Spirit, cleanses 1 debuff stack from all allies and grants all allies ATK and DEF stats +10%, up to +20%. When self is in the back row, both the stat increase and its cap double. 5★: Holders of Wind Shadow's Blessing gain +10% damage dealt from all sources and retain overflow Spirit after using a Kotodama skill. After Self-Sacrifice triggers, the ally with the highest Attack follows up with 1 Kotodama skill that consumes no Spirit. This is limited to 5 times per battle.
