Is Venus good?
Venus is a premier healer. Heals wrap the target in 
Divine Melody for large damage reduction, more below half HP, and her Overdrive evens out the whole team's HP before healing everyone.
She also charms the first melee attacker who hits her for about nine seconds, which makes her especially strong in PvP. We rate her S tier.

TalentLv. 1: After casting a healing effect, grants the target Divine Melody: Increases Damage Reduction by 26-46%, plus an additional 26-46% when HP is less than or equal to 50%. Lv. 2: When an allied Luminary enters the Wild state or triggers an Elemental Reaction, heals that unit for 18% of its Max HP. This can trigger once per target every 5 seconds. Lv. 3: Heavensong additionally removes all control effects and debuffs from all allies and grants Control Immunity for 5 seconds. Lv. 4: The Charm duration of Bewitchment is increased by 6 seconds. Before Bewitchment is triggered, the caster is immune to control effects and the next Overdrive Energy Consumption Increase effect. Lv. 5: Increases Damage Reduction by 10% and HP by 10%. Lv. 7: Increases Damage Reduction by 20%.
