Is Shuna good?

Shuna can redistribute health across the team in a way that gets around unhealable status, a useful workaround against enemies that try to block healing outright. Her third skill strips buffs without needing to deal damage first, and her first skill heals herself while she's at it, but her sleep effect isn't guaranteed even when fully upgraded, and her second skill takes a long time to come back around.
