Tamarinne switches between pure healing and offensive support, and buffs have made her a genuinely viable support across most PvE content, though she's not a great fit for PvP unless paired with 
Iseria, where the two form one of the deadliest offensive combos around. Her attack buff, Combat Readiness push, and heal in one package are hard to pass up, and switching into her Idol form adds a team-wide AoE cleanse plus a full self-heal.
We rate her A; she's especially strong in Hell mode raids, where her clutch heals and Combat Readiness pushes can turn a fight around.
