Is Mina good?
Mina brings aggressive main-DPS pressure by stacking Vital Energy from basic attacks, her Special Skill, or her Ultimate, then dumping that into her signature Luminous Rush combo once she's built up enough. Her Special Skill pulls enemies together with a fireball, giving her unusually strong crowd-gathering for a Fighter, and her Ultimate summons a clone that copies her attacks for a good while, spiking her damage hard enough to matter even in boss fights.
Every time she drains Vital Energy off an enemy, she also weakens its attack and defense, and that debuff holds up even on tough targets, though getting the most from her means keeping a close eye on her stack management.

5Foxfire Orb
Mina deals FireDMG by launching Foxfire Orbs at an enemy On her final attack, she flourishes her tails to deal FireDMG and gains a stack of Essence. When Mina has 1 or more stacks of Essence, holding the Basic Attack button triggers Luminous Rush, dealing FireDMG and consuming Essence. When Luminous Rush triggers 3 times, pressing Basic Attack again triggers its 4th hit without consuming Essence.
Essence of Fire
Mina gains a stack of Essence upon using certain attacks. Essence stacks can be consumed by holding the Basic Attack button.
Foxfire Blast
Mina throws an enhanced Foxfire Orb at an enemy. The orb deals FireDMG as it pulls in nearby enemies, then explodes and deals bonus FireDMG and grants mina a stack of Essence. Pressing the Basic Attack button after throwing the enhanced Foxfire Orb instantly uses the 4th hit of Mina's Basic Attack.
Sparkiling Flourish
Mina appears near an enemy and swings her tails, creating a vortex that pulls in enemies, dealing FireDMG while gaining a stack of Essence. The vortex explodes after a short delay, dealing FireDMG.
Foxfire Clone
Mina summons a clone, and the two of them gather energy to throw a powerful foxfire orb at an enemy, dealing FireDMG. The clone follows Mina around and mimics her skills to attack enemies for a set duration. While Mina has clones active, the number of Essence stacks gained based from her Basic Attack's 4th hit increases by the number of active clones.
