Is Chevalier good?

A Banner Lords Rare mainly used in early Faction Wars. Stern Rebuke can Stun one target, Hack Through ignores Shield and Block Damage for dealing with waves, and Lord Protector gives the team the smaller Increase DEF and Continuous Heal, which with his DEF aura still helps a team last. His hits are too weak for PvP.
