Is Confessor good?
A Sacred Order rare worth building for one skill. Blinding Light hits all enemies and places a 50% Decrease ACC, which helps your team shrug off debuffs in fights like Hydra without stacking a lot of RES.
His other skills, a small Turn Meter reduction chance and an extra-turn chance, don't add much, so his A2 is the whole reason to use him.
