Is Dawncaller Sabitha good?
A Knights Revenant epic support, needed for the 
Mad Hatter fusion, and one of the better support epics in recent memory. Shimmer Of Life revives one ally with a full Turn Meter and Block Damage, so they act right away without dying again immediately, and each revive knocks a turn off one of her cooldowns.
Fortifying Ray gives the team Increase DEF and Increase ATK, and her A1 heals your weakest ally. She's best in Clan Boss and Arena and a strong progression pick for Faction Wars.
