Is Diamant Coppercoin good?

An Ogryn Tribes support built to shield the team from crowd control and damage. Protection Racket puts three Intercept stacks on one ally (each blocks a CC effect until it's used up) and gives everyone Increase RES and Strengthen, which covers a lot of what Hydra and Doom Tower bosses throw at you.

His passive has a chance to flip certain debuffs into matching buffs before they land, and his A1 heals the team more for every buff he's carrying. His attacks are all AoE, so Provoke and Cursed sets work on him; dungeons are his weakest spot.
