Is Dilgol good?
A Dwarves rare who arrived alongside the 
Vergumkaar fusion in October 2020, and at the time he ranked among the best rares released. Shot Spray spreads Decrease ACC across the enemy team, which cuts the Poisons you take from Spiderlings and the Poison and Weaken the Dragon lands with its AoE, and Big Game Hunter gives him a strong Decrease DEF.
He's a good fit for Dwarves Faction Wars, though not for the level 21 boss where Decrease ACC does nothing. Clan Boss, Hydra and Arena are all weak for him.
