Is Draconis good?

A Void rare support with no need for Accuracy, and one of the best rares added in 2020. Sacred Wards shields the whole team, Order of Mercy cleanses and heals your lowest-HP ally, and Beneficence heals that ally a bit on every A1.

His damage and shields scale off HP, so build HP, Speed and Crit Rate. He's useful across PvE and best of all against Borgoth the Scarab King, while Arena is where he has little to offer.
