Is Ethlen the Golden good?

A High Elves Epic who mixes damage and control. Glimmering Gold buffs his C.DMG and Accuracy, and Paralysing Stakes hits all enemies twice, placing Block Active Skills with the first hit and True Fear with the second on anyone not already blocked.

Locking out active skills is great for stopping enemies in Arena, Doom Tower waves and Faction Wars, and his passive ignores some DEF against Support, Defence and HP champions.
