Is Exemplar good?
A High Elves Epic who picked up a niche after her Patch 4.20 Void rebalance buff. She can lock a target out of its skills and bring Weaken, which makes her a viable pick against Iragoth in Doom 
Tower, and her quick cooldowns give her some use in the Fire Knight.
She can also bring Weaken to Clan Boss if she fits your team, but she's still not useful in most situations.
