Is Fatalis Blademaster good?
A Dark Elves legendary from the 
Monster Hunter collaboration who's all about getting through defences. Strong Wide Slash is an AoE that stacks DEF reduction on its targets (similar to the Cruelty blessing), Wide Slash gets through Ally Protection, Increase DEF, 
Stoneskin and Strengthen while stacking ATK reduction, and his secret skill True Charged Slash ignores half the target's DEF plus damage reduction effects and masteries.
His passive keeps a shield on him and blocks critical hits while it holds, so he's hard to bring down in Arena, and his damage carries over to bosses, although Clan Boss and dungeons are his weaker areas.

Damage inflicted by this skill cannot be increased by either this Champion’s Masteries or ally Passive skills, except when attacking Bosses. This is a secret skill and only becomes available when any 3 of this Champion’s skills were used in a Round.
