Is Glensage Cithrel good?

A Sylvan Watchers Rare with a useful budget kit, released as the Rare for the Tholin Foulbeard fusion. Grace of the Glen gives the team Block Debuffs for a turn plus some Turn Meter, which can block Amius's Stun, and Woundspiller Herbs spreads Heal Reduction that stops Amius and the Nether Spider healing up, though it isn't guaranteed.

Heal Reduction also helps against heavy-healing waves in the Cursed City or Faction Wars, and Head Crack can place Decrease ACC. He's far from the best Rare, but he earns a spot where you need those exact effects.
