Is Gurgoh the Augur good?

A Freeze specialist who became a top control and damage pick after his buff, mainly for Arena and wave content. His A2 strips enemy buffs, freezes the whole team and grants an Extra Turn, and his A3 is the natural next move, since it adds Decrease DEF and lands an extra hit on frozen targets (his A1 gets the same bonus).

His passive raises your team's damage against frozen enemies and can freeze whoever hits him, and he brings an Arena Speed Aura as well. Boss content is a different story, with Hydra his weakest area.
