Is Little Miss Annie good?
An Undead Hordes nuker whose 2024 rebalance removed most of the conditions on her skills. Playdate is her biggest hit and repeats itself against targets with more MAX HP and DEF than her, so tanky Arena champions and bosses are exactly what she wants, and a kill with it sets up a Revive On 
Death that sends her straight back after whoever killed her.
Her three-hit A1 now places Decrease DEF as well as Heal Reduction, handy for Fire Knight's shield and for healers like Amius and the Nether 
Spider. Hollow Doll always gives her Increase ATK now and adds a Perfect Veil that keeps single-target attacks off her; Arena is her best mode.

Magical Heart
