Is Madame Serris good?
A Dark Elves Epic whose A3 strips every enemy buff and then lays down Decrease ATK and Decrease DEF across the team. That makes her a natural second slot in an Arena speed team behind a Turn Meter booster, clearing the way for your main damage dealer.
Her A2 can steal buffs, and a successful steal gives your team Block Debuffs and puts True Fear on the victims. She's also handy in Faction Wars, against Amius in Cursed City and in other fights where enemy buffs are the problem.
