Is Marquis good?
A Demonspawn Rare with little overall utility, though he's fine for filling out an early Faction Wars team. Paralyzing Bolts can put Sleep on every enemy, and Infernal Skill gives him Counterattack so his A1 comes up more often and places Decrease SPD on crits.
That Decrease SPD helps against the Iron Twins, where it stops the boss gaining Turn Meter when your team gets buffs, and counters can reapply it after the boss cleanses, as long as supports keep him alive.
