Is Mithrala Lifebane good?
A Hydra fragment champion and the first to bring Petrification, which strips every buff, stops new ones and makes the target skip turns without its cooldowns ticking down. Her passive turns her Accuracy into Resistance, so she's very hard to crowd control, and her A3 cleanses the team and adds Shield and Strengthen.
She also brings Increase DEF, Increase ATK and chances at Hex and Poison, which makes her useful in Clan Boss, Hydra, Doom 
Tower, Arena and dungeons.

The amount by which it is increased is equal to the amount of ACC this champion has.
