Is Pain Keeper good?
A Dark Elves rare who's in high demand because of one team: paired with 
Maneater she forms the Budget Unkillable, among the easiest ways to reach the top chest in Nightmare and Ultra Nightmare Clan Boss. Combat Tactics cuts every ally's cooldowns by a turn, and Spectacular Sweep hits all enemies and heals the team for a quarter of their MAX HP.
The same cooldown trick works for Iron Twins Unkillable teams and some Emic Taunt Hydra setups, though both want several copies of her. Arena and Chimera don't suit her.
Pairs well with: Maneater; 
Inquisitor Shamael; Budget Unkillable team.
