Is Queen of Hearts good?
A Knights Revenant Legendary who strips buffs, spreads True Fear and blocks revives with her Deathbrand debuff. Her A2 removes enemy buffs, applies Deathbrand and True Fear, and gains Turn Meter for each buff it removes. Her A3 buffs team ATK and has everyone attack one target, and a kill cuts her A2 cooldown, which snowballs in Arena and helps multi-hit teams break Fire Knight's shield.
Her A1 lands AoE Decrease DEF and pushes ally Turn Meter, and her passive hands her an Extra Turn each time the enemy team picks up 10 buffs.
