Is Raglin good?

Raglin grades out close to a perfect score across campaign, Clan Boss, faction wars, both arena modes, and nearly every dungeon and keep, with only Spider's Den coming in a touch below the rest. That kind of blanket performance for a Support champion is uncommon, and it's exactly why the S placement holds up.
