Is Reliquary Tender good?
A Void rare support that keeps teams alive and cleansed well into the mid game. Tender's Watch removes every debuff from your allies and gives them a Continuous Heal, and Call to Life brings one ally back with some Turn Meter, which is often the difference between two and three stars on hard Faction Wars stages.
Early on she's a good support for 
Spider, Dragon and Clan Boss and one of the best rares in the High Elves. Hydra is her weakest mode.
