Is Rhaia the Mourned good?
A Sylvan Watchers nuker and controller who gets much scarier with buffs on her. Legacy Of Despair hits one target twice with Weaken, ignores Block Damage and more DEF for each buff she's carrying, shortens her A3 cooldown, and on a kill Stuns the whole enemy team with no resist check. Discordant Fury hits every enemy three times and steals buffs as it goes, which also wears down Mercurial stacks and feeds her own scaling.
With Increase ATK, Block Debuffs and a Veil all on her at once she can't die and her effects can't be resisted, so allies who provide those buffs make a big difference; Arena is where she's best.

Legacy Of Despair
Ability 2 · Cooldown 4 turnsAttacks 1 enemy 2 times. Before attacking, has a 75% chance of placing a 25% Weaken debuff on the target for 2 turns. Will ignore 15% of the target’s DEF and any Block Damage buffs. Will also ignore an additional 5% of the target’s DEF for each buff on this Champion (stacks up to 35%). Reduces the cooldown of this Champion’s Discordant Fury skill by 1 turn and places a Stun debuff on all enemies for 1 turn if this attack kills the target. This debuff cannot be resisted or blocked. Lvl. 2: Damage +20% Lvl. 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10% Lvl. 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +15% Lvl. 5: Cooldown -1
Discordant Fury
Ability 3 · Cooldown 5 turnsAttacks all enemies 3 times. Before attacking, places a 50% Increase ATK buff on this Champion for 2 turns. Each hit has a 75% chance of stealing 1 random buff from each enemy. Fills this Champion’s Turn Meter by 10% for each buff stolen. Corrupted Magesty
PassiveThis Champion deals 30% more damage while they’re under 3 or more buffs. While this Champion is under an Increase ATK buff, a Block Debuffs buff, and a Veil or Perfect Veil buff at the same time, prevents this Champion’s death and their debuffs and instant effects also cannot be resisted.
