Is Rowan good?
Rowan's strongest showings are against Clan Boss, Dragon's Lair, and Fire Knight's Castle, all rated at the top, while most everything else settles into a steady four stars aside from a dip at 
Spider's Den.
It's a solid if unspectacular spread for grinding the harder PvE content. The C tier fits a champion who's excellent at a few specific fights rather than dominant everywhere.
