Is Rugnor Goldgleam good?
A Dwarves Epic with single-target Decrease DEF and Weaken on his A3 and Leech on his A1, useful for Clan Boss, 
Spider, the Faction Wars boss and Doom 
Tower's Sorath. His Dire Grudge passive lowers the A3 cooldown every time he loses 15% of his HP, shields included.
The downside is a very low base DEF that makes him hard to keep alive in long fights, and his A2 Shield and Turn Meter boost costs 15% of his HP and can finish him off.
