Is Stitched Beast good?

An Undead Hordes rare with very little use on most accounts. Pack Tactics is the exception: it hits reasonably hard and knocks out the target's Turn Meter, which helps against the Spider, in Faction Wars and possibly the Fire Knight if you're short on champions.

You'll need ACC for it to land, and he still isn't worth real investment.
