Is Supreme Kael good?
The Void Legendary version of the starter 
Kael, released for the 4th anniversary and built around AoE debuffs that can't be resisted. Putrescence puts three 5% Poisons on every enemy, which fits Poison explosion teams and the Tainted Hellrazor hard dragon, and his A1 has a good chance at Weaken.
His A3 raises ally ACC and lowers enemy RES, which helps anyone short of ACC for Iron Twins, and his passive cuts enemy ACC, C.RATE and C.DMG for every Poison they carry. He's excellent in Clan Boss and solid everywhere else.

- Void affinity makes Weaken reliable

- Weaken on his A1 isn't guaranteed

Arcane Havoc
Ability 3 · Cooldown 4 turnsAttacks all enemies. Places a 50% Increase ACC buff on all allies for 2 turns before attacking. Also has a 75% chance of placing a 50% Decrease RES debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. This debuff cannot be resisted. Fills this Champion’s Turn Meter by 10% for each Decrease RES debuff placed by this skill Lvl. 2: Damage +10% Lvl. 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10% Lvl. 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +15% Lvl. 5: Cooldown -1
Degrade
PassiveDecreases each target’s ACC, C.RATE and C.DMG by 3% for each Poison debuff on them. If there are multiple champions on the team with this skill, only one will activate.
