A Lizardmen Rare and bodyguard of 
Lazarius who's all about control and protection. Spur Claw can Provoke every enemy, strong for the Magma Dragon, the Head of Decay or Faction Wars progression, and Protect The Crowned gives the team the smaller Strengthen and puts Counterattack on him for Mischief tanking or more Pinpoint Thrust procs.
That A1 gives him Increase ACC, which eases the Accuracy he needs.
