Is Timit the Fool good?
A Halloween fusion legendary built around Fear, True Fear and buff removal, with much of the kit tied to 
Kaja the Wry. Kegs of Dread gives the team Increase ACC before putting True Fear on every enemy, Test Your Strength cuts enemy buff durations and grants an extra turn (always, when Kaja is on the team), and his passive punishes Feared enemies with Provoke or feeds his Turn Meter.
On his own he looks like a strong control pick for wave content, and Arena is his best mode; Clan Boss is where he has nothing to offer.
Pairs well with: Kaja the Wry.

Hideous Assistant
PassiveWhenever an enemy skill successfully activates while they are under a Fear or True Fear debuff, fills Timit’s Turn Meter by 10%. Whenever an enemy skill does not activate because they are under a Fear or True Fear debuff, places a Provoke debuff on that enemy for 1 turn. This particular effect only applies when Kaja the Wry is on the same team.
